Vaibhav Namburi is the founder and CEO of Smartlead, an email infrastructure and cold outreach platform that he bootstrapped to more than 20 million in ARR. The platform processes between five and seven million mailboxes, sends 80 to 120 million warmup emails per day, and handles 7 to 32 million campaign emails daily for agencies and SaaS companies worldwide. Before Smartlead, Namburi launched 11 businesses over seven years that did not reach scale, an experience that shaped his focus on infrastructure-grade deliverability. He hosts Smartlead Office Hours, where he publishes regular technical content on SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warmup, and inbox placement.
