Leads, checked first

Every lead checked before the first send.

Upload a CSV, map the columns, tag the batch and verify every address in the background. Bad emails never get a send, and the columns you did not map become variables you can write with.

CSV import, mapped

Headers like email, first_name and company map on their own, and a five-row preview lets you check the mapping before anything is written.

Verification built in

Check one lead as you add it, up to 200 from the toolbar, or a whole file on import. Every campaign skips addresses marked Bad.

Tags and custom fields

Tag each batch to pull it into a campaign later. Any column you leave unmapped is kept as a custom field and works as a template variable.

CSV import

Map once, keep every column.

FoxReach reads your header row and suggests a mapping to its eight lead fields. Columns you leave unmapped land on each lead as custom fields, so a Signal column in the file becomes {{Signal}} in the email.

  • Comma, semicolon, tab and pipe files up to 10 MB
  • Duplicates against active leads are skipped, never doubled
  • The batch is tagged with the file name unless you change it
Verification

Verify the file, not the bounce.

Switch on Verify Emails After Import and the leads land right away while a background job checks each address. Each lead ends up Good, Bad, Unverifiable, Pending or Error, shown as the icon next to its email.

  • Only Good and Bad verdicts use a credit
  • Starter, Growth and Agency include 1,000 credits a month
  • Campaigns skip Bad leads; Unverifiable still sends
Organize

Find the batch, put it in a campaign.

Search by name, email or company, or filter by tag and status. Select the rows and the toolbar offers Tag, Verify, Add to Campaign, Export and Delete. Export flattens custom fields into their own columns, so a round trip out and back loses nothing.

  • The Tag filter narrows to one imported segment
  • Select all across pages, up to 50,000 leads
  • Delete also cancels queued emails for those leads

Up and running in three steps.

1

Upload the CSV

Click Import CSV on the Leads page and drop the file. Only an email column is required. The file needs a .csv extension and must be 10 MB or smaller.

2

Check the mapping

Confirm each field against the five-row preview, add a tag for the segment, and on a paid plan switch on Verify Emails After Import.

3

Add them to a campaign

Filter by the tag, select the rows and choose Add to Campaign. Bounced, unsubscribed and Bad leads are never sent to, even if they are in the list.

Questions,
answered.

Only an email column. First name, last name, company, job title, phone, LinkedIn URL and website are recognized automatically when the header names are close to the standard ones. Any other column is kept as a custom field on each lead and can be used as a variable in your emails.

Every email is checked against the leads already active in your workspace and against the rest of the file. An email that already exists is skipped and listed under Duplicates Skipped. A repeated email inside the same file is imported once. If a matching lead was deleted earlier, the import restores it with its campaign and reply history instead of creating a second record.

200 on Free, 5,000 on Starter, 50,000 on Growth and 200,000 on Agency. The import checks the cap before writing anything, and if the file would push you over it is refused with a message naming the limit. Restored leads do not count as new.

One credit for every check that returns a yes or a no. Unverifiable and Error results are not charged. Starter, Growth and Agency include 1,000 credits a month, credits expire 30 days after they land, and extra packs of 1,000 cost $2.50 from the Billing tab. The Free plan does not include verification, so the Verify action and the import toggle do not appear on free workspaces.

Yes, on paid plans. Lead Finder searches a licensed people and company database by job title, location, industry, company and company size. Searching is free within a daily page budget; revealing a person costs one reveal credit and creates a lead with a verified work email. A reveal that finds nothing, or an address already in your leads, returns the credit. Plans include 100, 300 or 800 reveals a month, and packs of 500 cost $9.50.

Clean list in,
replies out.

The free plan holds 200 contacts and sends 500 emails a month. No credit card.
