What does the lifetime deal cost and include?
You pay once. Lifetime access runs from $39 to $1,499. Every tier includes built-in warmup, inbox rotation, deliverability monitoring, unlimited sequences, A/B testing, a unified inbox, and Fenn, the AI co-pilot. Higher tiers just give you more: more contacts, emails, AI credits, email accounts, workspaces, and team members.
Is it really lifetime?
Yes. You pay once and your access does not expire. There is no monthly bill and no annual renewal. The monthly limits that come with your tier, such as emails and AI credits, reset at the start of each month. You also get every future update to that plan at no extra cost. New plans or separately priced products released later are not part of it.
What is the refund policy?
Every purchase has a 30 day money back guarantee. If FoxReach is not right for you, email support@foxreach.io within 30 days of your purchase and we refund what you paid, less the payment processing fee charged on the original transaction, which the payment processor keeps and does not return to us.
Does it connect my own email accounts?
Yes. You connect the sending accounts you already own, whoever hosts them. Starter covers up to 15 accounts and Professional covers up to 30. Growth and above have no cap on the number of accounts you connect.
Does Fenn run outreach for me?
No. Fenn is a co-pilot that assists you. It helps you build campaigns, drafts sequences you edit and approve, sorts incoming replies, and watches your campaigns and sending infrastructure so it can flag what to improve. You decide what gets sent, what changes, and when. Fenn does not send or alter campaigns on its own.
Who is it for?
Anyone sending cold email at any scale, from one person with a handful of inboxes to a team running outbound across dozens of workspaces. The tiers are sized by volume and seats, so you pick the one that matches how much you send.
How many sending accounts can I connect?
On Starter you can connect up to 15 email accounts and on Professional up to 30. From Growth up there is no limit, so you can connect as many email accounts as you need. Built in warmup runs on every account you connect.
Do I need technical skills to set it up?
No. Connect an account, import a CSV, and launch. Setup takes minutes and needs no code. From the Growth tier up there is also an API, SDKs, an MCP server, and a CLI if you want to automate, but nothing about getting started requires them.
Can I combine several licenses into one account?
Not at the moment. Each license is its own FoxReach account with its own limits, and licenses cannot be stacked into a single account.
Can I transfer my license to someone else?
Yes. Your lifetime license can be transferred. Email support@foxreach.io and we will reassign it to the new owner.
How many contacts can I save on the $399 Growth lifetime plan?
You can hold 50,000 active contacts at any one time. The limit is dynamic. You can delete older contacts to free up space and upload new ones whenever you want. You do not need to upgrade as long as your saved contacts stay under 50,000.
