Say what you want, approve what it does.
Fenn is the assistant inside FoxReach. Ask it to build a campaign, write the sequence, add leads or read your results. It checks the workspace first, and nothing changes until you click Run it.
Here is the plan:
- Name: SaaS Founders – SDR Hiring
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00 Eastern
- Sending from: jordan@tryfoxreach.com and maria@getfoxreach.com, both warmed and healthy
- Daily limit: 100 emails
I will create it as a draft, so nothing sends until you have reviewed the sequence.

Plain language in
Describe who to reach, when to send and which inboxes to use. Fenn looks up what you have and lays out the plan before it touches anything.
Nothing runs without you
Reading is free. Creating, changing, importing, sending, starting or pausing is blocked in code until you approve the exact actions you read.
On every page
Open Fenn as a side panel from the top bar without leaving the page you are on, or as a full page with your chat history beside it.
It reads your workspace before it proposes.
Fenn does not guess at what you have. Before a plan it looks up your inboxes, campaigns or leads, and each lookup shows as a card in the thread with what it asked for and what it found. If a detail is wrong, say so and it revises.
- Name, schedule, senders and daily limit, written out
- Warmed, healthy inboxes picked from your accounts
- Created as a draft, so nothing sends until you have reviewed the sequence

Approve the exact actions, not the whole turn.
Below the plan, a box headed Fenn wants to run this lists each action in plain words with what it will do. Run it executes those calls and only those. If Fenn wants to do something else afterwards, it proposes that separately and waits again.
- Create, update and delete campaigns, sequences, templates and leads
- Import a CSV, assign accounts and leads
- Start, pause or resume a campaign, send an inbox reply

Keep going in the same thread.
The thread remembers the campaign, so the next message can be the sequence, the leads or the stats. Follow-up chips drop the next step into the composer, and the + button opens a CSV import and ready prompts.
- Chats grouped by Pinned, Today, Yesterday, This week and Earlier
- Search past chats by title; rename, pin, archive or delete

A campaign from one sentence.
Open Fenn
Click Ask Fenn in the top bar on any page. The panel slides in from the right and the page stays in view. Ask Fenn in the sidebar opens the same chat as a full page instead.
Describe the campaign
Who to reach, when to send, which inboxes. Fenn checks your accounts, writes the plan with the name, schedule, senders and daily limit, and asks before creating the campaign as a draft.
Click Run it
Review the actions, approve, and open the campaign card Fenn returns. Then ask for the sequence, the leads or the stats in the same thread; reading stats needs no approval.
Questions,
answered.
No. Fenn reads your workspace freely, but anything that creates, updates, deletes, imports, sends, or starts and pauses a campaign is blocked in code until you click Run it. Approval covers only the exact actions you read in the plan. If Fenn proposes something different afterwards, it asks again before doing anything.
One AI credit per completed Fenn response, no matter how many lookups it ran. Regenerating a reply costs one more, and a response that fails partway through costs nothing. Credits reset monthly: Free includes 25, Starter 2,500, Growth 10,000, and Agency is unlimited. Lifetime tiers have their own allowances, listed on the pricing page. If you run out, campaigns keep running; only Fenn pauses.
Create, update, start, pause and resume campaigns and attach sending accounts. Write, edit and delete sequence steps and templates. Search, create and update leads, assign them to a campaign, and run a guided CSV import for files up to 10 MB. List inbox threads, summarize what is unread and send a reply with your approval. Pull the workspace overview, per-campaign stats and inbox stats, and check the health of each connected inbox.
They share the same 63 tools. Fenn is the version built into the app, with the approval box, the campaign cards and the credit meter. The hosted MCP server hands the same tools to an agent you already use, such as Claude Desktop, Cursor or a ChatGPT connector. Use Fenn inside FoxReach; connect the MCP server when an outside agent should run your workspace.
Fenn only sees the workspace you are in, so switch workspaces to reach another. It does a limited number of lookups per message; when it stops partway it offers a Continue chip that picks up where it left off. On a long thread it carries only the recent part into each answer, so start a New chat for each new task.
Ask Fenn to build
your next campaign.
The free plan includes 25 AI credits a month. No credit card.
