What’s new

What shipped in FoxReach

Every release, newest first. What you can do now that you could not do before, what got better, and what we fixed.

  1. The inbox reads what each reply is asking for

Intent chips on every reply, drafts that answer the actual question, clearer referral links, and affiliate fixes.

An open inbox thread with an Interested badge and a Uses a competitor chip beside it
    • Every reply comes with what it is asking for
    • Drafts that answer the question
    • For your own automations
    • Fixed

Your affiliate link and your customer referral link are now labeled for what they are, in Settings and in the partner welcome email, so a partner no longer shares the wrong one.

    • Fixed

Affiliate click counts now count unique visitors over 24 hours instead of every page load, so refreshes, multi-page visits and link preview bots no longer inflate them.

    • Improved

When a payout is not available yet, the Refer & Earn payout section now says exactly why, in the order you can fix it.

    • Fixed

Links from the site into the docs opened a raw page instead of the docs. They open the docs now, and Docs is listed under Resources in the site navigation.

    • Improved

Customer logos on the home page show in color.

    • Fixed

An out-of-office auto-reply no longer ends a lead's sequence. Follow-ups keep going and the lead stays in the campaign. If a reply was filed as out of office by mistake, recategorizing it stops the sequence the way a real reply would.

    • New

Connecting Google Workspace mailboxes: under Sign in with Google there is a Using Google Workspace? panel with the four Admin console steps to mark FoxReach as trusted for your domain, so your team no longer sees Google's unverified app notice. Needed once per domain.

    • New

Claude Desktop users can install FoxReach in one click. Download foxreach.mcpb from Settings, then MCP, or from foxreach.io/mcp/foxreach.mcpb, and open it in Claude Desktop. You sign in with your FoxReach account in the browser; no key to paste.

    • Improved

The affiliate page and the partner terms now describe how payouts work: a commission becomes payable 30 days after the payment it was earned on, and you request a payout from your partner dashboard once your balance clears the minimum.

    • New

On the blog: n8n cold email automation and what the SMTP templates miss.

  2. Copy check can now fix what it flags

Rewrite a flagged sentence or improve the whole draft with AI, checked before you see it.

  3. Copy check: know where an email will land before you send it

An inbox score, the folder it will land in, and the words to fix, under every editor.

The Copy check panel showing a low inbox score, a Spam prediction, and highlighted sentences and words
    • One click, before you send
    • The text, marked up
    • Re-check and save
    • Improved

The demo film on the home page now plays in a plain frame instead of a mock browser window.

  4. Designed HTML emails, and one referral code everywhere

Fenn writes designed emails and can polish its own draft, the inbox shows open rate, and affiliates share one code.

The live preview beside the source in the step editor
    • Fenn writes designed emails now
    • Improved

HTML with AI now writes a designed email, with a header, clear sections and a button. It works the same way in the Send Email drawer on a campaign page and in sequence steps.

    • New

In HTML with AI mode you can attach a screenshot of an email design you like, up to 4 MB as a PNG, JPG or WebP. Fenn uses its layout, colors and spacing as the style guide for the email it writes.

    • New

Fenn can polish its own draft. Pick up to three refining passes before you generate, and every version that comes back is kept on a chip under the editor so you can switch between them. The first draft uses one AI credit and each refining pass uses one more.

    • New

On desktop, the unified inbox now shows your open rate beside your reply rate. It reads Tracking off when none of your delivered mail is tracking opens.

    • Improved

Affiliate partners now share one referral code. The same code shows in Settings under Refer & Earn and in the free plan email footer. Codes you shared before still work, and an old affiliate portal link opens the same place.

    • Improved

The Academy has 30 new screenshots that match how the app looks today.

    • Improved

A generation that Fenn finishes now uses a credit even when the result comes back unusable, and the message tells you when it ran out of room. A generation that does not complete costs nothing.

    • New

Linked Helper is listed in the LinkedIn outreach tools directory, with a full review and a note that the vendor gave us a free license.

    • Fixed

A campaign no longer pauses itself over delivery failures that were not real bounces, and every automatic stop now shows its reason on the campaign page.

    • Fixed

A passing Google hiccup no longer marks a working Gmail mailbox as needing to be reconnected.

    • Fixed

Reply counts now count people, not messages: a back-and-forth with one lead is one reply on every dashboard. Open counts correct themselves too.

    • Fixed

The payout country picker no longer offers countries that cannot receive a payout.

    • Improved

The demo film on the home page is now hosted by us and plays in our own player.

  5. HTML email wherever you write it

Three ways to write a body, a preview text field, a roomier send drawer, and open rate on campaigns and the dashboard.

The step editor with Text, HTML paste and HTML with AI modes
    • Text, pasted HTML, or HTML with AI
    • Improved

The sequence step editor now offers separate plain text and HTML paste modes, with a resizable live preview that remembers your choice when you reload. Switching between the two modes converts your content right away, and switching back won't restore it exactly.

    • New

Fenn can now write the HTML version of a sequence email for you from a short prompt. Each generation uses one of your credits, and the button turns off once you are out.

    • New

An Open Rate tile on the dashboard shows your overall open rate across tracked campaigns, or lets you know when open tracking is off.

    • Improved

While a step with more than one variant is running, the raw variable text on that step is now dimmed instead of highlighted, so the step reads more like the email your leads actually receive.

    • New

Once you have finished payout setup and your payable balance reaches 50 USD, you can request a payout from Refer & Earn in Settings.

    • Improved

The country list in payout setup now comes from our payment processor instead of a fixed list, so it stays current as their coverage changes.

    • New

The Send Email drawer on a campaign page now gives you three ways to write the body: plain text, pasted HTML with a live preview, or HTML with AI. They are the same three the sequence step editor has.

    • New

A Preview text field on the one-off send sets the line most inboxes show after your subject. It goes out with HTML emails, so turn on Send as HTML to use it. When Fenn writes the email, it suggests one.

    • New

After Fenn writes an email you can ask for changes in plain English, such as a smaller header or a warmer tone, instead of starting again.

    • Improved

You can set how wide the Send Email drawer is. Drag its left edge, or tab to it and use the arrow keys. Your browser remembers the width, so it opens at that size next time. Resizing needs a window at least 768 pixels wide.

    • New

The campaign page now shows the open count as well as the open rate, on campaigns that have open tracking on.

    • Improved

The support chat bubble now steps out of the way while a drawer or dialog is open.

    • New

An About page with the people behind FoxReach, and a rebuilt Contact page. About is now in the top navigation.

    • New

Two new guides on the blog: how workspaces work, and how to run an A/B test on a cold email sequence.

  6. Fewer false bounces, steadier warmup, honest health scores

A mailbox with a bad password no longer marks its leads bounced, warmup reaches its daily volume, and low-volume accounts keep a fair score.

    A paused campaign page
    • Fixed

A mailbox with a bad password now shows a connection error and stops sending, and its owner is emailed, instead of the leads it was about to email being marked as bounced.

    • New

When a campaign pauses itself, the campaign page now shows the reason.

    • Fixed

A low volume account's health score no longer collapses after just a handful of sends.

    • New

The Delete Account confirmation now explains that removing and re-adding an email account resets its health history, while reconnecting it keeps that history.

    • Fixed

Warmup no longer stops silently for every account when one account is left without a daily send limit.

    • Fixed

An email that your own mail server has already accepted is no longer marked as failed to send if the connection drops right afterward. This applies to both warmup and campaign sends.

    • Fixed

Warmup accounts now reliably reach their full configured daily volume instead of stalling partway through the day.

  7. Text size and color in the editor

Style your signature and sequence emails without writing HTML.

The editor toolbar with text size and color controls
    • New

Text size and text color in the editor toolbar, so you can style your signature and your sequence emails without writing HTML. Sizes and colors go out on emails you send as HTML.

  8. Sessions that stay signed in, securely

Sign-in sessions refresh with rotating tokens and stay reliable across tabs.

    • Improved

Sign-in sessions now refresh with rotating tokens, so an old token stops working the moment a new one is issued. Sessions stay reliable across multiple browser tabs.

  9. Variable fallbacks, a preview with and without lead data, and calmer warmup

Write a default for any missing field, see the email both ways before sending, and warmup that reads like real conversation.

The dual preview under a sequence step, with and without lead data
    • Fallbacks, previewed both ways
    • New

A Q&A page on the website with straight answers to the questions people actually ask us.

    • New

Variable fallbacks in campaign emails: write a default like there or your team, and it is used whenever a lead is missing that field. The editor shows a preview of your email both with and without lead data before you send.

    • Improved

Warmup emails now read like real, varied business conversations, and warmup replies arrive in the same thread as the message they answer.

    • Improved

Warmup accounts that run into trouble are now rested automatically and brought back once they recover.

    • Improved

If a subscription payment fails, you keep your full plan limits for two weeks while the card is retried, and we email you so you can fix the payment method. Access only drops if the retries run out.

    • Fixed

Variable fallbacks used to break before sending, so leads could receive text like {first_name} instead of a name. Fallbacks now reach the lead correctly, and empty custom fields no longer show the word None.

    • Fixed

Large CSV imports no longer fail after passing the preview, files saved with unusual encodings import correctly, and duplicates in a file are skipped instead of breaking the import. If any rows cannot be imported, you now see which ones and why, and an import can no longer sit on the progress screen forever.

    • Fixed

Signing out no longer flashes the sign in page before leaving.

    • Fixed

The MCP setup instructions on the website and in Settings now match how the connection actually works: you sign in with Google, and there is no API key to paste. The old instructions could never connect.

  10. Downgrades, account deletion, and campaigns that pick their senders

Change or cancel your plan from billing, delete your account yourself, choose which accounts each campaign sends from, and a batch of fixes from a security audit.

The campaign accounts tab with a subset of accounts selected
    • Choose the senders per campaign
    • Your plan, your call
    • New

Downgrade your plan, or drop to free, right from the billing tab. The change takes effect at the end of your billing period, and you can cancel it before then.

    • New

Delete your account and its data from Settings. You type a confirmation first, and the page shows exactly what will be removed.

    • New

Choose exactly which email accounts each campaign sends from. New campaigns start with all your accounts selected.

    • Improved

Campaign schedules and analytics charts now use your timezone instead of UTC, and the timezone picker in Settings now opens and applies everywhere.

    • Improved

Inbox replies are easier to read, and long quoted email chains collapse behind a toggle.

    • Improved

Fenn now asks for your approval before doing anything that changes your data, and each action needs its own OK.

    • Improved

Signing out now fully ends your session on our servers, and several security gaps found in an audit were closed.

    • Improved

Affiliate commissions now follow what your referred customers actually pay, so upgrades and downgrades adjust the amount.

    • Fixed

Connected email accounts no longer get marked as disconnected because of a brief network hiccup. A real credential problem still disconnects them right away.

    • Fixed

The Watch Demo button now plays the demo video instead of opening the sign in page.

    • Fixed

Picking a paid plan before signing in now takes you straight to checkout after login instead of dropping you on the free dashboard.

    • Fixed

The campaign page header no longer leaves a gap or overlaps content when you scroll.

  11. Lifetime checkout, tidied up

Partner discounts apply on arrival, checkout errors fixed, and buyers land on the tier they bought.

    • Improved

Arriving at the lifetime page through a partner link now applies the partner discount automatically, and buying takes a single click.

    • Fixed

Fixed checkout errors that were blocking some lifetime purchases and discount codes.

    • Fixed

Lifetime buyers now get exactly the tier they bought, and it shows correctly in billing and the sidebar.

  13. Fenn on every page

The Fenn side panel open beside the campaigns page
    • A side panel, not a separate page
    • New

Fenn is now with you on every page. Open it in a resizable side panel from a floating launcher, with a rebuilt chat interface: nicer message rendering, code highlighting, and live activity indicators.

    • Fixed

AI assistants connected to FoxReach through the MCP server no longer lose their connection after our updates.

    • Fixed

A failed CSV import through chat or MCP no longer loses your upload. Fix the issue and retry without uploading again.

    • Fixed

Closed a workspace access control gap found in a security audit.

    • Improved

Every error page now shows how to reach support.

    • Improved

Clearer labels around the app, like Connect your Email instead of just Gmail.

  15. Open tracking, your own tracking domain, and campaigns that protect themselves

See open rates per campaign, track from a subdomain you own, and let a campaign pause itself before bounces hurt your reputation.

Bring your own tracking domain. Connect a subdomain like track.yourcompany.com in Settings with one DNS record.

    • New

    • Improved

Fenn chat upgrades: copy answers, edit and resend your last message, drafts save automatically, retry failed responses, pin or archive conversations, slash shortcuts for common prompts, and thumbs up or down feedback.

    • Improved

  16. Counting every send

    • Fixed

Warmup now respects your daily limit settings.

Add tags to leads through the API, filter your lead list by tag, and list all your tags with counts.

    • Improved
