How much will I earn?+
A share of every payment your referral makes, month after month, for the length of your commission window while they stay a paying customer. Your exact rate and window are set per partner and confirmed by email when your application is approved. If a referral upgrades, your commission grows with them.
How and when do I get paid?+
Each commission becomes payable 30 days after the payment it was earned on. Once payable, request a payout from your partner dashboard and we process it within a few business days. The 30 day hold gives us time to confirm the sale is final before we pay you on it.
What if my referral gets a refund?+
If a referral’s payment is refunded or reversed for any reason during the 30 day hold period, no commission is owed on that payment. Once the hold passes and the commission becomes payable, it is yours to keep.
Do I need to be a FoxReach customer to join?+
You do not need a paid plan. You just need a free FoxReach account, which is where we add your earnings. So you can apply and start promoting without paying anything.
How long does my referral link stay active?+
Your link sets a cookie, so someone who clicks it today and signs up weeks later is still credited to you. The cookie length is part of the terms you get on approval.
Can I use my own referral link to sign up?+
No. Your link will not apply to the account that created it. Self referrals are not eligible.
How do I get paid out?+
You set it up yourself in the partner portal. Connect a Stripe account, enter your bank and tax details with Stripe directly, and your commission is sent there. Your bank details never pass through FoxReach.
Do I need to sign a contract?+
No formal contract. Apply from your FoxReach account, we review it and email you your terms, and you are set up. By joining you agree to the program terms.
Do my referrals get a discount?+
Yes. When someone signs up through your link, they get a discount on their first payments. It gives your audience a reason to try FoxReach and makes your link easier to share.
How do I apply?+
Create a free FoxReach account, open Settings, then Refer & Earn, and fill in the short application: where you will promote FoxReach, roughly how big your audience is, and a link. Your referral link works from the moment you apply; commission is paid out once you are approved.
