Follow-ups that stop when they reply.
Write the first email, add follow-ups on a delay, split any step into A/B variants. Every step fills in from the lead, leaves from the same mailbox, and is skipped the moment a reply comes in.

{{company}} outboundWait 2 days after step 1
Hi {{firstName}}, Following up in case outbound efficiency is on your roadmap this quarter. Teams usually consolidate warmup, sending, and inbox triage into one workflow once reply volume picks up. Open to seeing the setup?
{{company}}Wait 3 days after step 2
Hi {{firstName}}, One team similar to {{company}} moved from 4 tools to 1 and cut reply handling time by 70%. If useful, I can send the exact workflow.
Wait 4 days after step 3
Hi {{firstName}}, Happy to close the loop if outbound ops is not a priority right now. If it is, I can share a short breakdown tailored to {{company}}.
{{firstName}}Wait 5 days after step 4
Hi {{firstName}}, last one from me. If the timing changes, reply here and I will send the setup over. Thanks for reading.
Personalized per lead
Variables like {{firstName}} and {{company}} fill in from the lead, with a fallback such as {{firstName|there}} for rows that have no value.
Follow-ups on a delay
Each follow-up waits a set number of days after the previous step and only goes to leads who have not replied.
A/B variants per step
Split any step into weighted variants. FoxReach picks one per send and tracks sent, opened and replied for each.
Write it once, send it personal.
The Variables menu inserts a lead field at the cursor: the standard fields, the custom fields from your import, and the sender's signature. Spin syntax like {Hi|Hello|Hey} picks one option at random per send, so no two emails read the same.
- Fallbacks for missing data, {{firstName|there}}
- Unmapped CSV columns become variables
- A dual preview renders the email with full data and with none

Wait a few days, then bump.
Every step after the first waits a delay in days and hours after the previous step. Follow-ups leave from the mailbox that sent the first email, threaded as a reply with a Re: subject, and a lead who answers is dropped from the rest of the sequence.
- Delay counted from the previous step, not the first email
- Same sender and same thread for every follow-up
- A reply stops the sequence for that lead

Change one thing, judge on replies.
Add A/B Test keeps your current copy as variant A and makes variant B as a copy to edit. Weights set the split, and the Variant Performance table shows sent, opened and replied for each variant with the best reply rate highlighted.
- Weighted split, 50/50 or 75/25
- Each step is tested on its own
- Changes apply to every email not yet sent

Up and running in three steps.
Create the campaign
Name it, pick the timezone your leads live in, set the active days and the sending window, tick the mailboxes that send, and set a daily limit.
Write the steps
Add the first email, then follow-ups with a delay. Insert variables from the menu, load a template if you have one, and check both previews before saving.
Add leads and start
Pull a tagged batch in from the Leads tab, check the Accounts tab, and click Start. The badge flips from Draft to Active and sends begin inside your window.
Questions,
answered.
Not while it is active. Steps, variants, settings and the account list are locked once a campaign runs. Click Pause, make the change, then click Start again. Leads keep their place in the sequence, and every email that has not gone out yet uses the new content.
Their sequence stops. Follow-up steps only go to leads who have not replied, so the moment a reply is detected no further steps are sent to that lead. The reply lands in the unified inbox, and leads who never reply keep moving through the remaining steps on schedule.
No. The Variant Performance table highlights the variant with the best reply rate and leaves the decision to you. Shift the weights so the winner gets most of the traffic, or paste its subject and body into the step and remove the test. A/B testing is on every plan, including Free.
The campaign daily limit accepts 1 to 5,000, but the lowest of three caps wins: the campaign limit, each mailbox's own limit (Gmail and Microsoft accounts are capped at 50 a day), and the workspace cap on your plan, which is 25 on Free, 500 on Starter, 5,000 on Growth and 25,000 on Agency.
Yes. Save it as a template and the Load from Template dropdown in the step editor copies its subject and body into the step. It is a copy, not a link, so editing the template later does not change sequences that already use it.
Write the sequence,
let it run.
The free plan includes 200 contacts and 500 emails a month. No credit card.
