What this page is

The plan for what FoxReach builds next. Everything here is planned work, split into three phases. Nothing on this page has shipped, and none of it is a promise.

How the phases work

Phase 1 is the deliverability and warmup core. Phase 2 is campaign intelligence, the lead database, bring your own key, CRM integrations, and analytics. Phase 3 is longer term and not committed.

How Fenn works

Fenn is a co-pilot that assists a person. It drafts, sorts, and suggests, and you approve every step. It does not run, manage, or fix campaigns on its own.

IntegrationsPlanned, Phase 2

CRM integrations, starting with Zoho

Keep your pipeline current without copying data by hand. The plan is a two-way sync between FoxReach and the CRM your team already runs on, so replies, lead status, and contacts move across on their own instead of living in two places.

Zoho CRM is the one we are starting with, because it is what most of the teams asking for this already use. Other industry leading CRMs follow based on what people vote for below.

This is planned work in Phase 2. It is not available today. Need a CRM that is not listed here? Suggest it below and vote for it.

The roadmap

Everything below is planned work, not a promise. Items reach customers only when they ship.

How to read this page. The three phases below are what we are working toward, in rough order. Plans move as we learn from customers, so treat the order as a direction, not a commitment. Two rules hold across every item: Fenn is a co-pilot that assists you, so nothing here runs outreach for you, and warmup is built in on every connected sender.
1

Phase 1: Near term

4 items

Deliverability and warmup core.

DeliverabilityPlanned

API-based spam rescue

Watches connected Google and Microsoft inboxes through their APIs, spots warmup mail that lands in spam, and performs a real "not spam" action so the signal reaches the provider. A local inbox rule only moves the message, so the provider never learns from it.

It rescues on a randomized, human-like delay and covers a share of messages, not every single one, so the pattern reads like a person. It needs OAuth with the Gmail and Microsoft Graph APIs to send the real signal.

DeliverabilityPlanned

Smarter warmup and inbox cleanup

A more human-like warmup engine: engagement timing that pauses before marking threads read, a gradual ramp-up over the first weeks, optional lighter weekend pacing, and a cleanup rule that files warmup mail under a hidden label so your primary inbox stays clear.

Order matters. Mark read, record the positive signal, then archive.

PersonalizationPlanned

Contextual fallback variables

When a lead is missing a field such as first name or company, Fenn suggests a natural fallback so the template still reads well. You set a default like {{firstName | fallback: "there"}}, and a pre-send check flags any empty variable before the campaign goes out.

It prevents the "Hi , I saw your profile" errors that cost you replies. Fenn suggests, you stay in control.

Inbox and repliesPlanned

Lead status and lifecycle tracking

Change a reply's status from inside the thread, for example Interested, Meeting booked, or Not interested. Update many leads at once from the contacts table, and remaining follow-ups pause when a lead is marked interested or unsubscribed.

Your manual corrections feed back into Fenn's reply sorting for your account. This is a light lifecycle layer, not a CRM.

2

Phase 2: Mid term

8 items

Campaign intelligence, lead sourcing, integrations, and analytics.

DeliverabilityPlanned

Domain health and blacklist monitoring

One place for domain health, with checks for SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, plus regular checks against the major blacklists. If a domain's health drops or it hits a blacklist, FoxReach alerts you and gives you a one-click option to pause campaigns and lean into warmup.

CampaignsPlanned

Conditional sequences

Split the follow-up path based on what a lead does. Clicked a link, route to a direct next step. Opened but did not click, route to a softer follow-up. No engagement after a few days, try a different angle.

IntegrationsPlanned

CRM integrations, starting with Zoho

Two-way sync between FoxReach and industry leading CRMs, so replies, lead status, and contacts stay in step without manual copying. Zoho CRM comes first, with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive under consideration after that.

FennPlanned

Fenn pre-launch campaign review

Before you launch, Fenn reviews the campaign for common deliverability problems such as spam-trigger wording, a missing unsubscribe link, or an unverified sender, and suggests fixes inside the builder.

Fenn reviews and suggests when you ask. It does not police live sending on its own.

Reporting and analyticsPlanned

Analytics dashboard and benchmarks

Clearer views of delivery, bounce, reply, and positive-reply rates over time, with anonymous industry benchmarks so you can see how your copy compares.

This is the richer analytics view, and it is still being built.

CampaignsPlanned

Signature management

Manage HTML signatures across every connected sender with variable support, and apply one standard signature to all inboxes on a domain in a single step. Saves time during setup and keeps branding consistent.

LeadsPlanned

Lead database

Find the people you want to reach without leaving FoxReach. Search verified business contacts by industry, job title, company size, and location, see what a record holds before you use it, then send the ones you pick straight into a campaign.

This is planned work and is not available today. CSV import with automatic column mapping stays, so lists you already own keep working the same way.

FennPlanned

Bring your own key (BYOK)

Add your own OpenAI or Anthropic API key in settings, and Fenn's drafting and reply sorting run on your account, your billing, and the AI terms your company already signed. Useful for teams whose legal or security team wants the model calls under their own contract.

Optional, not required. Fenn behaves the same either way, as a co-pilot that drafts, sorts, and suggests while you approve every step. A key only changes whose account the work runs on.

3

Phase 3: Longer term

5 items

Scale and extensions. These shape direction and are not committed.

DeliverabilityExploring

Seed-list inbox placement testing

Send test copies across a set of seed inboxes on Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, and Zoho, then see where the mail lands, primary, promotions, or spam, before a real send.

Email inboxesExploring

Native domain search, purchase, and setup

Search for, buy, and configure outreach domains without leaving FoxReach, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and the tracking CNAME.

DeliverabilityExploring

ESP matching

Route Google Workspace recipients through Google senders and Microsoft recipients through Microsoft senders, decided by checking the lead domain's MX records at queue time. Aimed at higher primary-inbox placement.

AgenciesExploring

Agency white-label

Rebrand the app under an agency's own domain and colors, with client access controls.

Not offered today and not committed. It is listed here as a future consideration only.

IntegrationsExploring

Infrastructure expansion

Native API connectors for Amazon SES, SendGrid, and Mailgun alongside standard inbox connections, for high-volume and transactional senders.

These providers already work today as standard SMTP connections. The native connectors are the future item.

Roadmap questions, answered

Short answers to what people ask most about what FoxReach is building.

What is FoxReach?+

FoxReach is a cold email platform that covers warmup, sending, inbox rotation, and deliverability monitoring in one place. You connect your own email accounts through Gmail, Outlook, or any SMTP provider, and run multi-step campaigns from them.

Does FoxReach integrate with CRMs like Zoho?+

CRM integration is planned for Phase 2, starting with Zoho CRM, with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive under consideration after that. It is not available today. The aim is to sync replies, lead status, and contacts so your pipeline stays current without copying data by hand.

Will FoxReach have a built-in lead database?+

A built-in lead database is planned for Phase 2. The plan is to search verified B2B contacts by industry, job title, company size, and location without leaving FoxReach, check what a record holds before you spend a credit on it, and send the contacts you pick straight to a campaign. It is not available today, so leads still come in through CSV import with automatic column mapping.

What is changing about FoxReach warmup?+

Warmup is built in on every connected sender. Phase 1 adds a more human-like warmup engine with engagement timing that pauses before marking threads read, a gradual ramp-up over the first weeks, optional lighter weekend pacing, and a cleanup rule that files warmup mail under a hidden label. That work is planned and is not shipped yet.

How do I request a feature or vote on one?+

Sign in to FoxReach first, then use the Suggest Features button on this page. You give a title, details, and a category, and the suggestion goes straight to support@foxreach.io and onto the public board above. Your reply address comes from your FoxReach account. Voting also needs a signed-in account, with one vote per person per idea, and you can change your vote at any time.

Where we are focused

Every item on this page ladders up to one of four areas.

Deliverability

Warmup, spam rescue, domain health, and placement testing, so more of your email lands where people read it.

Fenn co-pilot

Fenn helps you write, sort replies, and catch mistakes before you send. You approve every step, and bringing your own AI key is planned.

Integrations

CRM sync starting with Zoho, a built-in lead database to source contacts, plus native connectors for high-volume sending providers.

Reporting

Clearer delivery and reply views, with anonymous industry benchmarks to compare against.
