Warmup, always on

Warmup that runs before you do.

Switch it on for a fresh inbox. FoxReach trades real email with other inboxes in its network, one a day at first and climbing over two weeks, and scores where that mail lands.

Custom warmup identifier

e.g. black-horse
Save

A label added to the warmup emails arriving at this account so you can recognize them.

Also add the identifier to the subject

Off by default. Gmail cannot filter on custom headers, so this makes the mail look like ordinary mail.

Keep warmup mail out of the inbox

On by default. Warmup mail is marked read and moved to a FoxReach/Warmup folder.

A ramp, not a burst

Warmup starts at one email a day and climbs to the daily target over a fourteen-day ramp by default, the way providers want to see volume grow.

A score you can read

Health Score is the share of this inbox’s warmup mail from the last seven days that reached the inbox rather than spam, from 0 to 100, refreshed every hour.

Out of your way

Warmup mail arriving at the mailbox is marked read and filed under FoxReach/Warmup, so your inbox and the unified inbox show real replies only.

The ramp

Day 12 of 14, and you can see it.

The Email Warmup card shows which day of the ramp the inbox is on, the daily allowance climbing toward its target, and counters for what it has sent, received and replied to.

  • Fourteen-day ramp by default, one email a day on day one
  • Ramp length and daily target live under Sending Defaults in workspace settings
  • Turn it off and on again and the ramp restarts at day one
Health

A score that watches where mail lands.

Health Score sits at the top of the account page next to Sent Today, Bounce Rate and Reply Rate. Green is 90 and above, amber 70 to 89, red below 70.

  • Reads Building data until twenty warmup emails have been measured
  • Bounces show on their own card and do not move the score
  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC status in a Domain Authentication card on the same page
Activity

Every exchange, on the record.

Recent Warmup Activity lists each warmup email the inbox sent or received, with the status of the exchange and when it happened, so you can see at a glance that the mailbox is taking part.

  • From, To, Subject, Status and Time for every row
  • Statuses are sent, received and replied
  • Warmup only sends while the account shows Connected, and resumes on its own after a reconnect

Up and running in three steps.

1

Connect the inbox

Add a Gmail, Google Workspace, Outlook, Yahoo, Zoho or custom SMTP account. FoxReach checks SMTP and IMAP before it saves, and the account shows a green Connected badge.

2

Click Enable Warmup

Open the account and switch the Email Warmup card on. The card flips to Day 1 of 14 and the inbox sends its first warmup email that day.

3

Wait for the ramp, then send

Plan on two to four weeks. When the ramp completes and the Health Score holds green, add the inbox to a campaign with a modest limit and leave warmup on.

Questions,
answered.

Plan on two to four weeks. The ramp is fourteen days by default, starting at one warmup email a day and climbing toward the daily target. Finishing the ramp is the minimum. A brand-new domain benefits from the full four weeks, and warmup should stay on after that.

No. The Daily Sending Limit on an account applies to campaign email only. Warmup volume is set separately by the warmup daily limit and shown on the Email Warmup card. Your provider sees both streams leaving the same mailbox, so keep the two numbers together within what it tolerates. For Gmail and Outlook, FoxReach will not save a Daily Sending Limit above 50.

Connecting email accounts is unlimited on every plan. Warmup is capped on the Free plan at two inboxes per workspace, and on the lifetime Solo tier at five. Starter, Growth, Agency and the other lifetime tiers can warm every inbox they connect. Turning warmup off on one account frees the slot for another.

No. Keep it on. Warmup keeps trusted exchanges flowing while campaigns add real volume to unknown recipients, which protects the reputation you spent two weeks building. Turning it off removes the inbox from the network, and turning it back on restarts the ramp at day one.

Check the Keep warmup mail out of the inbox toggle on the account’s Email Warmup card. It is on by default: warmup email arriving at the mailbox is marked read and moved to a FoxReach/Warmup folder. If the toggle is off, warmup mail stays visible. Turn it on and new warmup mail is filed automatically; mail that arrived earlier stays put.

Give the inbox
a history first.

Connect an inbox, switch warmup on, and start campaigns when the score says so.
