One dashboard, five numbers

Emails sent, replies, reply rate, active campaigns and open rate for the whole workspace, each with a seven-day sparkline underneath.

Every event, traced

The Activity tab lists each send, open, reply and bounce with the step and the sending inbox, filtered by type, step, account or day.

Tracking on your own domain

Point open and click tracking at a subdomain you own, so your links carry your reputation and not a shared one.

Every 15 minutes

Totals that leave out the noise.

Replies count real replies only. Bounce notices, warmup exchanges and unrelated inbound mail are filtered out before the reply rate is computed, so the number is smaller than the raw inbox count and worth trusting.

  • Campaign totals refresh every 15 minutes
  • Sent today and the activity feed are live
  • Warmup mail never inflates campaign results

See which campaign carries the results.

Top Campaigns by Replies ranks your campaigns by reply count, and Recent Activity shows the latest sends and replies with the same category badge the inbox uses. One campaign going wrong is easier to catch here than in the headline totals.

Sender health, one number per inbox.

Each connected inbox shows its health score, how much it has sent today against its daily limit and whether warmup is on. If a score drops below 70 and has fallen by ten points or more, FoxReach emails you an alert.

  • Healthy at 90 and above, warning from 70 to 89, critical below 70
  • Bounces feed into the score of the inbox that sent them
  • Average health across scored accounts at the bottom

From the headline to the cause.

1

Start on the dashboard

Emails sent, replies, reply rate and active campaigns for the workspace, with a seven-day line under each. A flat line under Replies beside a rising line under Emails Sent says volume is up but results are not.

2

Open one campaign

The Overview tab shows total leads, emails sent, replies and bounces, plus progress through the lead list and through the daily limit. Warmup mail from the same inboxes is tracked separately.

3

Trace the event

The Activity tab lists every send, open, reply and bounce with its step and sending inbox. Filter Type to Bounced and Account to each inbox in turn, and the source is usually obvious within a minute.

Questions,
answered.

Campaign totals for sent, replies and bounces are recomputed every 15 minutes, so a reply you just watched land in the Activity tab can take up to a quarter of an hour to show in the cards. Sent today and the activity feed are live.

Open tracking is off by default and you turn it on per campaign from Edit. Even when it is on, the pixel only goes into HTML follow-ups from step two onward, never the first email, because pixels cost inbox placement. A single-step campaign always reads zero opens.

Yes. Open the campaign and click Share. FoxReach generates a public link to a read-only Campaign Report with emails sent, opened, replied, reply rate, open rate and bounce rate. It shows no lead names, email addresses, subject lines or sending inboxes. Click Unshare Campaign and the link stops working.

Yes. The public API exposes the workspace overview and per-campaign counters for sent, delivered, bounced, replied and opened, plus reply and bounce rates, to any API key with read scope. Webhooks push sends, replies, bounces, opens and clicks to your endpoint as they happen, and AI agents can read the same numbers through the MCP server.

No. Custom tracking domains are included on every plan. You add a subdomain such as track.yourcompany.com under Settings, Integrations, create one CNAME record at your DNS provider and click Verify. It takes about ten minutes. The domain only changes where tracking links point; you still switch open and click tracking on per campaign.
