Follow-ups in the same thread, and tags on leads

Sequences now read like one conversation, and leads can be tagged and filtered.

One thread, one sender

Every email in a sequence now goes out from the same sender address, and each follow-up arrives as a reply in the same thread instead of a separate new email. To the reader it looks like a person following up, because that is what it is.

Tag leads through the API, filter the lead list by tag, and list every tag with its count. Tags come through on CSV import too.
