Arriving at the lifetime page through a partner link now applies the partner discount automatically, and buying takes a single click.

Fixed checkout errors that were blocking some lifetime purchases and discount codes.

Lifetime buyers now get exactly the tier they bought, and it shows correctly in billing and the sidebar.

Lead avatars now fall back to initials instead of grey placeholder icons.
