The inbox reads what each reply is asking for
Intent chips on every reply, drafts that answer the actual question, clearer referral links, and affiliate fixes.
Every reply comes with what it is asking for
Open a thread and, next to the category, you will now see what the reply is actually asking: Asks a question, Wants a call, Mentions pricing, Refers to someone, Timing objection, Uses a competitor, Wants more info. Two finer readings get their own chip when they apply: Not now, for someone open to it at the wrong time, and Wrong person, for someone who pointed you elsewhere.
Hover the category badge to see how sure the categorizer was. When it is not sure, the reply is left uncategorized rather than filed on a guess.
Read the inbox guideDrafts that answer the question
The AI draft reply is handed the same reading. A reply that asks a question gets an answer; one that proposes a call gets a time; one that asks about price gets a plain answer instead of a pivot. A reply that asks you to stop, in any phrasing, is treated as an unsubscribe even when the rest of it reads as not interested: the lead is suppressed and no draft is written.
For your own automations
The reply.categorized webhook now carries the confidence and the intents read from the reply, so a workflow of yours can route a hot reply to a person or a pricing question to a sales channel without re-reading the email.

An out-of-office auto-reply no longer ends a lead's sequence. Follow-ups keep going and the lead stays in the campaign. If a reply was filed as out of office by mistake, recategorizing it stops the sequence the way a real reply would.
