Fallbacks, previewed both ways
Write a variable as first_name with a fallback like there, and the fallback is used whenever a lead is missing that field. The preview under every step now renders the email twice, once as a lead with full data and once as a lead with none, so you catch the blank before a lead does.

Variable fallbacks used to break before sending, so leads could receive text like {first_name} instead of a name. Fallbacks now reach the lead correctly, and empty custom fields no longer show the word None.

Large CSV imports no longer fail after passing the preview, files saved with unusual encodings import correctly, and duplicates in a file are skipped instead of breaking the import. If any rows cannot be imported, you now see which ones and why, and an import can no longer sit on the progress screen forever.
