Lars Nilsson is the founder and CEO of SalesSource, a Revenue Operations and inside sales advisory firm he started more than a decade ago to help B2B companies scale pipeline creation. He is widely credited with coining the term Account-Based Sales Development during his tenure as VP of Global Inside Sales at Cloudera, where he helped grow the company from 100 million to 4.1 billion in ARR. Nilsson most recently spent four years as VP of Sales Development at Snowflake, scaling that organization from 65 to more than 300 SDRs globally. He also serves as a venture partner at True Ventures and advises growth-stage SaaS companies on outbound strategy.
