Affiliate Program Terms of Service

You share your unique affiliate link. When someone signs up through your link and becomes a paying customer, you earn 25% of what they pay. On subscriptions, you earn that commission every month for as long as they stay, up to a maximum of 2 years from their first payment. After 24 months of commission on a referral, that referral stops earning. On lifetime deals, you earn a one-time 25% of what they pay.

Customers who sign up through your link get 20% off. On subscriptions, that discount applies to their first 3 months. On lifetime deals, it applies to the one-time price.

Your affiliate link uses a 90-day cookie. If someone clicks your link today and signs up within 90 days, the referral counts as yours.

To receive payments, our team sets up your payout details with you directly when you are approved. Payments are sent by bank transfer, and you can track your clicks, sign-ups, and commission ledger in your affiliate portal.

Commissions are paid monthly. Each commission becomes payable 30 days after the payment it was earned on.

If a customer refunds or disputes a payment during the 30-day hold, the commission is reversed and no payment is owed. Once the hold passes and the commission is marked payable, it is yours to keep.

Do not refer yourself. Your affiliate link will not work on your own account.

Do not run paid ads on our brand name. No Google Ads, Bing Ads, or Meta Ads targeting “FoxReach” or similar terms. This competes with our own marketing and drives up our costs.

Do not pretend to work for FoxReach. You can say you are an affiliate or partner. You cannot say you are an employee or speak on behalf of the company.

Do not spam. No mass emails, mass DMs, or bulk posting to promote your link. If it would be considered spam on any platform, do not do it.

Do not post your link on coupon or deal sites. Affiliate links found on coupon aggregation websites or browser extensions will be deactivated and commissions reversed.

Do not make false claims about FoxReach. Describe the product honestly. Do not fabricate reviews, testimonials, or fake urgency like countdown timers or invented deadlines.

We may update these terms, the commission rate, the customer discount, or other aspects of the program. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect.

You can leave the program at any time by emailing support@foxreach.io. Any commissions that are already payable will still be paid out.

We can end your participation if you break these terms. If we end your account for a violation, pending commissions may be forfeited. If we end it without cause, any payable commissions will be paid within 30 days.
