Every guide video now plays right on the page, plus cleaner inbox previews

The homepage is simpler: the top bar and the offer pill are gone, so the page opens straight on the product.

All our guides with a video now play it right on the page. They start muted, one click turns the sound on from the beginning, and captions are there if you want them.

Guide pages show the video thumbnail straight away, and the video waits until the rest of the page has loaded. Phones get a smaller video file, and videos stay paused until you press play if your device is set to save data or reduce motion.

Guide videos now adjust to your connection and download only a little ahead of what you are watching, so a video you only glance at uses far less data.

The Getting started guide now opens with a video on connecting your first email account.

Emails already in your inbox now preview their actual text too, instead of the styling code behind designed emails. The same goes for search and suggested replies.

Incoming emails, including some real replies, are no longer marked as bounced just because of the words they contain.

Personal addresses such as Gmail and Outlook no longer show a DNS fix you could not make. The provider runs those records, so there is nothing for you to set up.

A mailbox now connects to one workspace at a time. If it is already connected somewhere else, you will see what to do when you try to add it.

One incoming email with an unusually long subject can no longer take a mailbox offline.
