The Reports page answers the questions the dashboard cannot: how did the last 90 days compare with the 30 before them, which step of a sequence earns the replies, and which inbox is dragging the bounce rate up. Open it from Reports in the sidebar, directly under Campaigns, or from View report in a campaign’s menu to start with that campaign selected.

Filter the report

Every number on the page follows three filters, all kept in the page address so you can send a teammate in your workspace the exact view you are looking at.
  • Date range. Pick Last 7 days, Last 30 days or Last 90 days, or choose Custom range and enter a start and end date. The range is inclusive and can span up to 365 days. Days are calendar days in your profile timezone, so a send at 11 pm your time lands on the day you remember.
  • Campaigns. Leave it on All, or tick one or more campaigns.
  • Inboxes. Leave it on All, or tick the sending inboxes you want to look at. The filter applies to both the emails sent from an inbox and the replies it received.

Read the top row

The strip across the top shows seven numbers for the range and filters you chose. Each one states what it is divided by, and the small info icon repeats it.
Sent here includes bounced emails, so it runs higher than the Dashboard’s Emails Sent by the number of bounces. This is deliberate: it keeps the bounce rate from ever passing 100 percent.

The daily chart

Below the strip, bars show how many emails went out each day (left axis) and two lines show replies and interested replies (right axis). Every day in the range appears, including days with nothing sent.

Compare campaigns, steps and inboxes

Three tabs under the chart break the same totals down.
  • Campaigns has one row per campaign with activity in the range, plus any campaign you ticked in the filter. Click a name to open the campaign.
  • Steps has a row for each campaign, step and variant, so an A/B test shows both variants side by side. A reply that cannot be matched to the email it answered appears in an Unattributed row rather than disappearing.
  • Inboxes has one row per sending inbox. Emails from an inbox you have since deleted are grouped as Deleted inbox.
Each row shows sent, replies, reply rate, positive rate, bounce rate and open rate. Hover a positive rate or bounce rate to see the number of interested leads or bounces behind it. The CSV exports carry every count, including not interested, out of office, unsubscribed, opens and clicks, as its own column. Replies are counted on the day they arrive, and a lead who replies on two different days is counted once on each of those days but only once in the total. Opens and clicks are counted on the day the email was sent, even when the lead opens it later. Because of both rules, the rows in a tab can add up to slightly more than the top row for replies, and opens that happen after the end date still count for sends inside it.

Export to CSV

Click Export and choose a file. Each export uses the date range and filters on the page, and the file is named like foxreach-campaigns-2026-03-01-to-2026-03-31.csv. The activity log holds up to 100,000 events. When a range has more, the file ends with a line saying it was cut off; narrow the dates or filters and export again. Leads you have deleted keep their rows in the activity log, with their name, email and company left blank.

What is not in Reports yet

Reports covers campaign email only; warmup traffic is never included. Scheduled email reports, PDF export and shareable client report links are not part of this page. To share one campaign’s results with a client, use Share on the campaign page.
